THE BENOIT BARBEAU SUMMER HOCKEY SCHOOL

Committed to the quality of teaching, Hockey Benoit Barbeau invites you once again to join its summer hockey school. Everywhere you look, people are talking about developing young hockey players. We are convinced that learning is promoted and facilitated through the use of learning steps when teaching.

With our team of specialists, nothing is left to chance. We work in a dynamic environment where we do everything we can to satisfy the young players’ thirst for knowledge. Don’t they want to improve? Don’t you want to give them the absolute best training available?

The HOCKEY BENOIT BARBEAU is a great opportunity to develop new skills or perfect other concepts taught during the season — all at an affordable price. Students in our school are divided into three separate groups to cater to the various ages and skill levels.

MORE OF A GOOD THING!
To meet the growing demand, a Pre-Season Camp is being offered again this year (also in day-camp format): three hours of ice-time per day for each group, including a one-hour game. In addition, 90 minutes of off-ice activities are planned. This is the ideal complement to the traditional Hockey School. Players will get back in shape while practising skating and puck control movements, and developing their vision of the game and decision-making skills.

Registering for the Benoit Barbeau Hockey School is easy. Simply print out the special registration form and return it with your deposit to the address at the bottom of the form.

This year, a day-camp format (morning and afternoon) is being offered for younger players, and an optional format (afternoon only or day-camp) for Bantam and above players. Goaltenders are integrated in the different groups.

ALL COACHING STAFF ARE PHYSICAL EDUCATORS SPECIALIZED IN HOCKEY

DAILY ORGANIZATION
Groups A and B:

A daily thirty-minute theory session

Two hours of ice time per day, with progressive teaching and individual correction

Group lunch (players bring their own lunch)

A two-hour game and activities period

Group C+:

Two hours of targeted physical training in the morning

A daily thirty-minute theory session

Group lunch (players bring their own lunch)

Two hours of ice time per day, with progressive teaching and individual correction

Group C:

A daily thirty-minute theory session

Two hours of ice time per day, with progressive teaching and individual correction

One ten-day session is available:

REQUIRED MATERIAL

Full equipment, except a hockey sweater

Two (2) hockey sticks in good condition

Players bring their own lunch (Groups A, B and C+)

Running shoes and athletic wear for activities and games (Groups A, B and C+)

Groups A, B and C+: $540

Group C: $400
